To ensure a clear and convenient shopping experience, we have prepared this Distance Contract, which sets out the terms of cooperation between you (the Buyer) and us (the Seller).

1. General Terms

By using the Website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms without limitations or conditions.
These Terms govern product purchases in the online store and define the legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer.

The Terms are prepared in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
The Seller has the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any amendments will take effect once published on the Website. Orders placed prior to the amendment will be fulfilled according to the Terms in force at the time the order was placed.

The Seller may change product prices at any time in accordance with applicable laws. The prices shown at the time of ordering are binding for the Buyer.

By confirming and paying for an order, the Buyer clearly agrees to enter into a Distance Contract with the Seller under Latvian law.
The Contract remains in force until both parties have fulfilled their obligations in full.

2. Delivery and Payment

The Buyer places an order through the Website, specifying the desired product type and quantity.
Payment for the order can be made using the integrated payment system (e.g. Paysera) or by bank transfer using the invoice sent by email.
All invoices are issued electronically and are valid without signature.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
    Orders placed outside working hours are processed on the next working day.
    No orders are processed on public holidays.

    Working hours: Mon–Fri 10:30–15:30; Sat–Sun closed.

  • The Buyer can choose between delivery options — e.g. Omniva parcel machine.

  • The Seller dispatches goods to Omniva Latvia courier within 2–3 business days after receiving payment.

  • In urgent cases, the Buyer should contact the Seller in advance to arrange faster shipping.

Delivery costs:

  • Omniva Latvia – €3.20

  • Omniva Lithuania / EU – €7.00

  • Omniva Europe – €10–15

If the Buyer wishes to use another delivery method, this must be agreed upon with the Seller in advance.

If shipping is delayed, the Seller will promptly inform the Buyer.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the chosen delivery service provider.

In-person pickup:
Orders can be collected in person at Ganību Dambis 24D, Rīga, after prior agreement or phone contact at +371 26239392.

3. Product Information

  • Product images on the Website are for illustration and informational purposes only.

  • Packaging design may differ slightly from the images.

  • The expiration date, batch number, and manufacturer are indicated on the packaging.

  • Manufacturer warranties are valid if the Buyer can present proof of purchase and (if applicable) a completed warranty card.

  • The Buyer is responsible for delivery costs related to warranty returns.

  • The Seller is not liable for the product manufacturer’s quality, safety, or health-related issues.

  • During winter, certain products may have specific temperature transport and storage requirements.

  • All product photos, descriptions, and other materials on the Website are the Seller’s property and are protected by copyright law. Any use without permission is prohibited.

4. Prices

  • Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and exclude VAT (21%).

  • Delivery costs are not included unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • If a product is out of stock or unavailable, the Seller will inform the Buyer within one working day.

  • Product colors may differ slightly due to screen settings.

5. Ordering

To place an order, the Buyer selects the product and adds it to the shopping cart, then proceeds to checkout.
The Buyer is responsible for providing correct contact and delivery information.
Products are shipped in secure packaging (boxes or padded envelopes).

Upon receiving the order, the Buyer must immediately check that the products match the order (type, code, quantity, volume) and report any discrepancies to the Seller.
From the moment the Buyer receives the product, they are responsible for its safe storage and quality maintenance.

6. Payment

  • Once the order is placed, an invoice is sent to the Buyer’s email.

  • Payment must be made by bank transfer or via Paysera secure payment system.

  • Any transfer or bank fees are covered by the Buyer.

  • Order processing starts only after payment is received by the Seller.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods by sending a written withdrawal form to the Seller.
The Buyer must return the product within 7 days after notifying the Seller.
Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • hygiene or cosmetic products once the packaging is opened;

  • perishable goods;

  • customized or made-to-order products;

  • digital content once access has been granted.

The Buyer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.
The Seller has the right to refuse or deduct compensation if the product is damaged, used, or returned without original packaging.

8. Product Returns and Exchanges

  • Expiry date and manufacturer are indicated on the packaging.

  • Buyers must check the product upon receipt.

  • Only unused, undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible for return.

  • If the wrong item is received, the Seller covers the return shipping costs.

  • If the product was damaged during delivery, the Buyer must notify the Seller and provide photos.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product’s quality is checked.

  • Refunds are not issued for non-defective goods.

9. Course Reservation and Attendance

9.1. By paying for a course reservation, you secure a guaranteed spot. Course spots are limited.
Cancellation is possible at least two weeks before the course start date.
In case of cancellation, a €25 non-refundable booking fee applies.
If cancelled later than two weeks before the course date, no refund is issued.
If you cannot attend due to illness and can provide a doctor’s note, your booking may be rescheduled.

9.2. If you fail to attend on the reserved date and do not notify the Seller at least 24 hours in advance, the course fee will not be refunded.

9.3. If you feel unwell during the course and cannot continue, you may reschedule the date after coordinating with the trainer.
9.4. If you voluntarily decide not to continue or skip any part of the course, the course fee will not be refunded.

10. Data Processing

By entering your personal data when placing an order, you confirm that you agree for the data to be processed by the Seller for order execution and delivery purposes, in accordance with Latvian law.
You also agree to receive order-related notifications via the provided email address.

11. Payment Security

Payments are processed via the secure Paysera payment system.
All transactions are encrypted using SSL security protocol.
The Seller does not store or process any card or payment data — all such information is handled exclusively by Paysera, a licensed payment institution.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

12. Data Protection (GDPR)

The Seller processes personal data in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Data collected:

  • name, surname

  • email address and phone number

  • delivery address

  • order and payment details

Purpose of processing:
to process and deliver orders, issue invoices, manage accounting, customer communication, and ensure IT security.

Data processors and partners:

  • Paysera (payment processing)

  • Omniva (delivery)

  • Accounting service provider

  • Hosting provider (website maintenance)

Data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfil contractual and legal obligations (up to 10 years for accounting purposes).

Your rights:
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, as well as to restrict or object to processing.

The Distance Contract is concluded in the Latvian language.
